how do I get support?

I bought my Up plus 2 on amazon, so they don't have any tech support for the printer. When I enter "支持@pp3dp.com" it just takes me to the regular pp3dp page. the support tab just gives me downloads, and the contact tab just shows me all the resellers. Is there a phone number? or an e-mail address?

I been sending emails to sales pp3dp.com but they ignore me every once in a while.. i been waiting on their reply for days
