"Motion Control Error"

I keep getting "Motion Control Error". I have to turn the machine off overnight, then it works for a while. Brand new machine, and no one in Tech support answers.

I’m not sure if you solved this, but tech support didn’t seem to know what to do when I had the same problem. In my case I cleaned and greased the rods that the print head runs sideways on. I used light lithium grease. Since then I have just added a small amount on a cotton bud ever 10 hours or so.
