Servo Fouling with fan case

我与校准开关有问题打the fan casing but only when printing. When calibrating it moves down to the correct position and the bed calibration switch works fine. The calibration values are fairly consistent. When the calibration is finished the servo moves the switch back to the correct rest position. It does not foul with anything and it's well out of the way.

The issue with the switch fouling only starts when a print is started. It pulses at about 1Hz moving about 15deg each pulse. The back of the micro-switch lever is what's hitting the extruder motor fan case. I assume the servo is tripping out or the power supply for the servo is current limiting (assumption only). It does this the whole print.

这个问题继续一次打印完成但goes away if I power cycle the machine. Initializing the machine, re-calibration or manual filament extrusion does not trigger the issue, only starting a print does.

Aside from the issue explained the print quality is excellent and there are no other issues. I'm worried that the servo will burn out quickly or the FFC cable will wear out or the micro-switch will break if this issue is not addressed. It really seams like a simple software bug where the resting position of the servo is incorrect when printing (assumption only).

I've attached a video of the servo pulsing once the print is finished but the machine is still powered.

Hello,
This is because of the leveling probe assembly not in a right position,You need first cut down the power take down the extrude head( first screw out the screw in the bottom of the extrude head), and then press downwards the whole leveling probe assembly and make its position under the extrude head and the fan then install the extrude head ,the problem could be solved.

I removed the head the inspected the bracket but there's simply no way to adjust the bracket position. The bracket is a rigid plastic bracket and has fixed holes, not slotted holes. There is no way to make any adjustments.
I've attached a picture of the servo in the resting position after calibration, it seems fine

I have moved the fan bracket to locate the fan higher on the extruder motor and this has fixed the issue. Some photos attached of the new fan position.....

I might redesign and print the fan bracket to place it on top but still give clearance for the servo and switch.

Yes,the movement of the fan bracket is the way to fix the issue.
Sorry for the confusion,I am new to the forum,So lots of things need to learn.

I've designed and tested a new fan bracket. It still allows the fan to be mounted from the top but it sits the fan 3mm higher for the servo clearance at the bottom. Photo below shows the difference in brackets.
Servo Switch clearance at the bottom is about 1.5mm.

I've attached the STL file for the new bracket also. I printed in ABS+ 0.2mm 99% fill. Use the Same fasteners as on the old bracket.
