[Bug Report] Can't use external Gcode

Hello Tiertime,

When following the "UP Studio G-code Tutorial.pdf" instruction I can't the printer to start print. Step 8 of the instruction simply states to "add the Cgode into Up Studio". When I try this I first get the warning: "Run File: *.GCODE? Warning: Improperly formatted G-code may damage the printer"

The error code is not always the same but it always says "Failed to start (CTRL)"

Can you please give further instruction on how to get this to work or release a software fix?
I was sold my printer with the promise it would support external g-code.
