   Really great printer – quality prints consistently. I recommend the heated bed upgrade too. The only downside I’ve found is that you can’t print without a raft due to the design, but that’s really not that big a deal

   I’m happy with the printer. The printing quality is good so far.
   Unfortunately, 2 of the printed parts provided with the printer were very badly manufactured.
   The leveling probe was bent (see picture), which made that the pressure sensor was not under the nozzle. Luckily I could rework it with a hot air gun.
   The cover for the electronics behind the Z axis was really ugly and totally deformed (unfortunately I threw it before making a photo). I draw and printed a new one, which is much better.

   The thing is great. First 3D printer I have owned. Only thing is I find that the auto generated supports are hard to remove, and I can only print with rafts on or the print slides around. Over all tho it is still great.

   So far I am amazed with what I can do with this machine! No adhesion for flexible filament! My only three problems with it are wifi connection gets lost a lot, impossible to print anything with a 0.6 nozzle (software/g-code error) and I can’t print at full volume – even PLA warps for no reason.

   Mostly seems ok i haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but on assembling the printer found the small white electrical box on the back of the vertical arm broken I’m sure it won’t impact the function of it but it pisses me off none the less obviously the quality inspection person was asleep at the time !!!! The shipping and boxing of the equipment was excellent the box all arrived in tact.Anyway it looks good I’m sure ill have fun with this printer and it will be a learning curve as well as I’m new to this hobby as such, thanks to the Cetus people good job and keep on working to develop this little bugger even better.

   Hardware is very good, and it is the only printer on the market that is transportable. I travel every 3 weeks and just disassemble/ assemble it within 10 mins, pack it in the original package foam and move. However a bit lack behind competition in now considered standard, like heated build plate, auto leveling. It is upgradable but it should be standard in the first place.

   A fantastic machine for a good price.
   Printed faultless parts since the first day.
   I was surprised by the precision of the printed parts.
   Unfortunately not compatible with octoprint and therefore one point less.

How much is shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are depending on the destination country and the shipping method. You could select shipping method and view the according shipping cost on the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, available shipping methods and delivery times will be listed after you enter your shipping address.

Do I need to pay import DUTY ?

When you place order in Global Store, we will fulfill your order from China. In this case, you need to pay customs fee and taxes which are collected by your local customs according to your country’s import policy. In other stores, the product price has included import tax, you don’t need to pay import tax any more. (Switzerland and Norway customers need to pay import tax and duty when place order in Europe store but EU VAT is exempted)

Order Processing Time of Global Store?

Global Store is with China stock.Global Store Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment received. You could log in to your account to view the order status and tracking number. China stock shipment (DHL) is usually shipped to Hong Kong and redirect there to the final destination. After receiving order shipment notification email, It will still take 2-4 days for the tracking number to be trackable.

Order Processing Time of Other Stores?

Orders made in US Store, Europe Store, Canada Store, Japan Store, Australia Store, Brazil Store and Russia Store are all shipped with local inventories, so the shipping will be much faster than Global store and do not need to pay import TAX. Normally your orders will be shipped out in 2 Business days.The shipment notification email will be sent to you also during this period.

Return Policy

We accept return within 30 days upon delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at support@tiertime.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization are not eligible for refund.
